NADCAP Requirements & AMS 2750D Compliance

If your customers are begining to specify NADCAP or AMS 2750D in their purchase orders, PV/T furnaces enable our customers to meet those requirements. Retrokits are available for previous PV/T customers with older PV/T furnaces, allowing for an upgrade to meet these specifications. Removeable hot zones, two-door access for ease of preventative maintenance and magnesium condenser shields make maintaining our furnaces simple and safe.

The chart below shows a representation of one of our vacuum brazing furnaces meeting Class 1 Furnace requirements as set forth in AMS2750D  - Class 1 requires +/- 5 deg. F from the set point.
