• Clean vacuum, polished stainless steel chambers.
• Operating vacuum in the 10-5 to 10-6 torr range.
• Resistance heated all metal hot zones for; 1200, 1400, 1800 & 2500°F.
• Heat input is adjustable vertically & horizontally with multiple automatic trim zones.
• Superior temperature uniformity. 
• Hot zone and element modules are easily removable for furnace cleaning.
• Hot zone shields with gas passage louvers for quick gas escapement from the work load assembly.
• Inert and reactive gas purging.
